Reason 1: The conveyor belt is not fixed properly
Solution: The conveyor belt is relatively hard, and the deviation caused by poor trough formation at the initial stage of use can be eliminated after a few days of operation (it should be run with load, because the effect of no-load operation is not obvious. If it is used for a long time If this phenomenon persists, the automatic centering roller set should be installed (or retrofitted). If the timing cannot be adjusted after long-term operation with load, the conveyor belt needs to be replaced.

Reason 2: The specific part of the conveyor belt deviates over the entire length of the body
Solution:
1. Conveyor belt joint bending: For mild bending, the automatic centering roller set can be used to rectify the deviation. If it is serious, the joint should be re-joined to improve the straightness of the tape near the joint.
2. The straightness of the conveyor belt itself is insufficient: use the automatic centering roller group (slightly insufficient straightness can be corrected after a few days of load operation, and if the straightness is severely insufficient, correction or belt replacement is required).

Reason 3: The axis of the head driving drum or the tail redirecting drum is not perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor, which causes the conveyor belt to deviate at the head drum or the tail redirecting drum.

The degree of inconsistency, the traction force Fq along the width direction is also inconsistent, and the trend of increasing or decreasing will cause the conveyor belt to add a moving force in a decreasing direction, causing the conveyor belt to deviate to the loose side, that is, the so-called "running loose" Don't run fast."
Solution: The adjustment method is that for the head drum, such as the conveyor belt deviates to the right side of the drum, the right bearing seat should move forward, and the conveyor belt deviates to the left side of the drum, then the left bearing seat should move to the left side of the drum. Moving forward, correspondingly, the left bearing seat or the right bearing seat can also be moved backward.
When the conveyor belt deviates seriously, it needs to be stopped; when the conveyor belt deviates slightly, although the operation can still be maintained, the deviated conveyor belt will generate an axial force, under its action, it will cause Premature damage of the idler, damage to the roller bearing and bearing seat, in severe cases, the conveyor belt will be pulled and torn, which will greatly reduce the life of the conveyor belt, greatly reduce the productivity, increase the production cost, and sometimes even cause accidents.
